PRICES & TERMS:
All prices, products and terms are subject to change without notice. Orders are accepted based upon prices and terms in effect at the time of shipment. Acceptance of shipment constitutes acceptance of these terms. Products shipped within the state of Massachusetts are subject to a 6.25% sales tax.
All new accounts will be paid by credit card. Net Terms are not extended.
All returned checks are charged a $25.00 service fee and all future orders will be shipped prepaid only. In the event that it should become necessary to place the account in the hands of an attorney or collection agency, all fees will become the responsibility of the account and/or its guarantor(s).
All orders will be shipped by UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise specified. It is the responsibility of the buyer to keep Woodcraft informed of any address changes in writing. Any charges incurred as a result of a failure of the dealer to inform Woodcraft of these changes will be the sole responsibility of the customerr.
Refused or returned orders will result in a 20% restocking charge for the RETURNED product ordered and 100% of the freight/shipping charges. All returns must be approved before Woodcraft will accept them. Items that have been installed are NOT returnable. The return authorization number must be written on the outside of the package. All returns must be sent back in new and saleable condition, including all product packaging. Items that require repackaging will be assessed up to a 30% restocking fee at Woodcraft's sole discretion. No returns will be accepted on closeout items or purchases older than 30 days.
The use of Woodcraft items may render some vehicles illegal for road use in some states. The purchaser assumes full responsibility for the disclosure to the customer of all state and federal laws pertaining to the use of these products on public roads. Many Woodcraft products are designed for racing use only and do not incorporate certain components needed for street use. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to recognize the intended use of the product and ti determine if the product is legal for use on public roads.
